EVOO Tasting Event Annoucement!
Hello All!
We all realize the real health benefits of olive oil and other foods in the Mediterranean diet; yet, eating right is only part of the equation. Productive time at the gym is also important to a healthy lifestyle.
With this in mind, we have teamed up with Tony at Fit One Gym in Massapequa Park, NY to apply fitness, diet, and other life-improving concepts. We’re kicking it off with a tasting party on Friday March 18th, 2010 at 7pm. Samples of Aegean Imports foods, olive oils, and other gourmets to be provided; along with helpful diet & fitness related discussion.
